Throughout this marathon, we succeeded alongside approximately 150 volunteers to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collect approximately 42,000 liters of waste, including from hard-to-reach areas;<\/li>\n<li>Introduce 40 new pollution points into the EcoVoice application.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" draggable=\"false\" role=\"img\" class=\"emoji\" alt=\"\u2139\ufe0f\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/14.0.0\/svg\/2139.svg\"> Cleaning up is important to rid nature of waste, but even more crucial is to ensure that those wastes do not <span class=\"x3nfvp2 x1j61x8r x1fcty0u xdj266r xhhsvwb xat24cr xgzva0m xxymvpz xlup9mm x1kky2od\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/tbd\/1\/16\/26d4.png\" alt=\"\u26d4\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\"><\/span> end up in nature first and foremost!<\/p>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Therefore, we encourage you to:<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\"><span class=\"x3nfvp2 x1j61x8r x1fcty0u xdj266r xhhsvwb xat24cr xgzva0m xxymvpz xlup9mm x1kky2od\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t51\/1\/16\/2714.png\" alt=\"\u2714\ufe0f\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\"><\/span> <b>REDUCE the amount of waste!<\/b><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Ask yourself what products you could do without or what products you could replace to reduce the amount of waste. For example, why not use cloth bags for shopping instead of plastic ones?<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\"><span class=\"x3nfvp2 x1j61x8r x1fcty0u xdj266r xhhsvwb xat24cr xgzva0m xxymvpz xlup9mm x1kky2od\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t51\/1\/16\/2714.png\" alt=\"\u2714\ufe0f\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\"><\/span>&nbsp;<b>REUSE what you can!<\/b><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Use your creativity to find new ways to use items that you are about to throw away.
